Store and prices

Dog Lids sells products through this Australian online store. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected product. The order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to payment approval and the product information shown at checkout.

The Dachshund Cap is available for pre-order. Ordering reserves a cap in the next production run.

Product information

We try to show product colours, dimensions and details accurately. Screens and lighting can make colours appear different. Product descriptions do not remove any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery timing and delay options are set out in the shipping policy.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under the refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

The store and its content must not be misused, copied for commercial use without permission, or used to interfere with the store's operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law permits, liability for a failure of a consumer guarantee is limited to the remedies allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Australian Consumer Law rights apply where relevant.
