Shipping policy

Australian orders

The Dachshund Cap is available for pre-order. Ordering reserves a cap in the next production run.

Standard shipping within Australia is $11 for orders below $85. Orders from $85 ship free within Australia. A tracking link will be sent when the fulfilment centre dispatches the parcel.

Delivery dates are estimates unless the order confirmation states otherwise. If a material delay becomes known, affected customers will be contacted with an updated estimate and a choice to keep waiting or cancel the undelivered order for a full refund.

Customers should check the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to change. An address cannot always be changed after fulfilment has started.

This policy does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
